His primary focus is male infertility and fertility preservation. He performs advanced semen analysis according to WHO standards. Professor Jair Bar, MD, PhD, is a thoracic oncologist and Deputy Director of the Cancer Center at Sheba Medical Center. He leads the Thoracic Oncology Unit. He treats lung cancer, including advanced non-small cell cases. His care includes medical oncology, radiotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy.

He runs a translational research lab focused on resistance to immunotherapy. He has published on exhaled-breath cancer metabolism and on angiogenesis inhibition in lung cancer.

He has chaired the Israel Lung Cancer Group since 2003. Dr. Yaacov Lawrence, MA, MBBS, MRCP, is Chair of Radiation Oncology at Sheba Medical Center. He has nearly 30 years of experience in precision radiation oncology and neuro-oncology.

Dr. Iris Kventsel, MD, is a pediatric hemato-oncologist and bone marrow transplant (BMT) specialist at Sheba Medical Center. She is an attending physician in the Pediatric Hemato-Oncology and BMT Division at the Edmond and Lily Safra Children’s Hospital. Her clinical focus is pediatric sarcomas, including Ewing sarcoma, osteosarcoma, and rhabdomyosarcoma.

She provides multidisciplinary care, including transplant and cellular therapies. She also uses current chemotherapy protocols and targeted therapies for complex childhood cancers.

Her research focuses on genetic cancer predisposition, including Li-Fraumeni syndrome, and cancer susceptibility genes. Dr. Eytan Aharon Ben‑Ami, MD, is a Senior Physician in the Sarcoma and Bone Oncology Service at Sheba Medical Center. He heads the Oncology Division and the Early-Phase Clinical Trials Unit. He founded the Sheba Clinical Research Organization. He is an academic affiliate at Tel Aviv University.

He specializes in sarcomas and primary bone tumors, including soft tissue sarcoma, liposarcoma, leiomyosarcoma, and osteosarcoma. He leads Phase I trials in targeted therapy and immunotherapy. He designs personalized treatment plans for rare cancers. He also develops patient-centered programs, including pilots in advanced immunotherapy delivery.

Dr. David (Dudi) Mishali, MD, is Director of Pediatric and Congenital Cardiothoracic Surgery at Sheba Medical Center. He treats infants and children with congenital heart defects. His work includes rare, high-risk anomalies and complex newborn reconstructions.

He trained internationally. He completed his residency at Rabin Medical Center and clinical fellowships in cardiac surgery at the Cleveland Clinic and in congenital pediatric cardiothoracic surgery at UCSF. He is board certified in cardiothoracic surgery. He developed and implemented minimally invasive methods that reduce surgical trauma and improve cosmetic results.

He is a Senior Lecturer at Tel Aviv University’s Sackler Faculty of Medicine. Prof. Ben Boursi is a physician in the Gastrointestinal Cancer Department at Sheba Medical Center. He specializes in internal medicine, medical oncology, and cancer epidemiology. He is board certified in internal medicine and medical oncology. He earned a B.Med.Sc (summa cum laude) and an MD (magna cum laude) from Tel Aviv University.

He completed clinical and research fellowships in GI oncology and cancer epidemiology at the University of Pennsylvania. He also completed electives at MD Anderson and Mayo Clinic. Prof. Elad Jacoby, MD, heads the Pediatric Cell Therapy Center at Sheba Medical Center. He is the Medical Director of the Advanced Biotherapy Center. He is a pioneer of pediatric CAR T‑cell therapy in Israel. He led one of the first national leukemia programs. He has almost 20 years of clinical and research experience.

He specializes in CAR T‑cell therapy, bone marrow and stem cell transplantation, and high‑risk pediatric leukemias and lymphomas. He leads international clinical trials and has authored over 240 publications. His collaborations include Johns Hopkins Hospital and the U.S. National Cancer Institute. He is an Associate Professor at Tel Aviv University. He received his MD from Tel Aviv University, completed residency at Sheba Medical Center, and fellowships at Johns Hopkins and the National Cancer Institute. He is board‑certified in Pediatrics and in Pediatric Hematology and Oncology. He serves on the IBFM CAR T‑Cell Taskforce and the Sheba Institutional Review Board. He leads the integration of CAR T‑cell therapy with transplantation.

Professor Pnina Langevich is a rheumatologist and immunologist with over 40 years of experience. She leads the National Center for Rheumatology and Autoimmune Diseases at Sheba Medical Center. Forbes Israel has repeatedly named her among the country’s top doctors.

She is an expert in rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, joint diseases, systemic lupus erythematosus, scleroderma, and complex autoimmune disorders. She treats severe, treatment‑resistant cases using advanced diagnostics and personalized therapy.

She trained in rheumatology and internal medicine at Sheba. She combines patient care with research on new therapies.
