Everything was handled so well

Kiedy budziłem się ze znieczulenia, pierwszą rzeczą, jaką zauważyłem, była spokojna i troskliwa obecność personelu pielęgniarskiego. To poczucie, że ktoś się o mnie troszczy, naprawdę charakteryzowało cały mój pobyt. Mój chirurg wykazał się profesjonalizmem i dodawał mi otuchy już od pierwszej konsultacji dotyczącej mojego osteomy. Minęło już 15 dni od operacji i choć powrót do zdrowia to proces, wsparcie jest niezmienne. Szczerze mówiąc, od wstępnego planowania po samo otoczenie kliniki, nie mogę wskazać ani jednej rzeczy, która mogłaby być lepsza. Wszystko zostało zorganizowane tak dobrze. Naprawdę czułem, że cały zespół, od personelu administracyjnego po lekarzy, był doskonały.

Nie mogę wystarczająco polecić tej usługi – od serwisu Bookimed po szpital Ponderas – całe doświadczenie było znakomite. Skomplikowany zabieg, któremu się poddałem (usunięcie osteomy/korekcja przegrody nosowej + turbinotomia), został przeprowadzony bezbłędnie. Dr Manea jest wyjątkowym specjalistą laryngologiem o niesamowitej wiedzy i umiejętnościach, najlepszym w kraju; dba o to, by pacjent czuł się dostrzeżony, słucha go i wyjaśnia dokładnie każdy etap leczenia.Szpital jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony i komfortowy. Wszyscy mówią po angielsku, więc komunikacja była jasna, płynna i precyzyjna. Chciałbym podziękować mojej koordynatorce Olha z Bookimed za całe wsparcie oraz za to, że zadbała o to, bym otrzymał dokładnie to, czego potrzebowałem i o co prosiłem.
