Dr. Veysel Ozan is a Professor of Cardiology at Lokman Hekim Akay Hospital (2026–present). He earned his MD from the Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine (2005–2011). He completed his cardiology residency at Dr. Siyami Ersek Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery Training and Research Hospital (2012–2016). He worked as a specialist cardiologist at Hakkari State Hospital (2016–2017) and at Dışkapı Yıldırım Beyazıt Training and Research Hospital (2017–2020). He later served as a faculty member at Dışkapı (2020–2022) and at Etlik City Hospital (2022–2026).
Accreditations and awards: Turkish Society of Cardiology Proficiency Certificate (2019). TSC Most Successful Young Cardiologist of the Year, 2019–2020 term (awarded 2020). First Prize for Best Oral Presentation at the 31st National Congress of Applied Interventional Cardiology.
