PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

Dr. Ulviye Askerova is an ophthalmologist with clinical experience in general ophthalmology, cataract surgery, medical retina, pediatric ophthalmology, strabismus, and oculoplastic procedures.

She completed her medical education at Azerbaijan Medical University and her ophthalmology residency at Göztepe City Hospital in affiliation with Istanbul Medeniyet University. Her academic interests include ocular surface diseases, medical retina, uveitis, cataract and eyelid disorders.

Dr. Askerova has participated in numerous national and international ophthalmology congresses, symposiums, surgical training programs, and case discussions. She has also contributed to international peer-reviewed publications and presented research at national and international scientific meetings.
