Liposukcja tumescentna w clinic Steffen

Clinic Steffen is a private plastic surgery practice in São Leopoldo, Brazil. The clinic operates at two locations, with a second branch in Porto Alegre. Dr. Níveo Steffen and Dr. Lucas Steffen lead the practice. They focus on aesthetic and reconstructive surgery for the face, breasts, and body.

Specialized Medical Team and Accreditations

Two surgeons with complementary backgrounds lead the clinic. Dr. Níveo Steffen has over 30 years of experience and is a former president of the Sociedade Brasileira de Cirurgia Plástica (SBCP). Dr. Lucas Steffen trained at Harvard University and the University of California. He teaches plastic surgery residents at PUC-RS and Santa Casa de Porto Alegre.

The clinic holds accreditations from major organizations:

• International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS)
• Sociedade Brasileira de Cirurgia Plástica (SBCP)

Facial and Breast Procedures

Facial rejuvenation aims for natural-looking results. Surgeons perform facelifts to redefine jaw contours and address sagging tissue. Other options include eyelid correction, browlifts, rhinoplasty, and chin surgery.

Breast surgery covers both aesthetic and reconstructive needs. Augmentation uses silicone implants selected based on patient anatomy. The clinic also performs:

• Breast reduction and lifting (mastopexy)
• Prepectoral breast reconstruction
• Reconstructive surgery after mastectomy
• Correction of gynecomastia (male breast enlargement)

Gynecomastia surgery removes excess gland or fat to restore a firm chest contour.

Body Contouring and Advanced Techniques

Surgeons offer several body shaping methods, from traditional surgery to high-definition sculpting. Abdominoplasty addresses muscle separation and excess skin after pregnancy or weight loss. For patients with upper abdomen laxity, the clinic performs reverse mini-abdominoplasty.

Body contouring procedures include:

• Liposuction and Lipo HD (High Definition)
• Arm lift to remove excess underarm skin
• Thigh lift
• Gluteoplasty and gluteal fat grafting

Arm lifts are often combined with liposuction for a refined finish.

Skin Retraction and Minimally Invasive Technologies

The clinic uses thermal energy tools to treat skin laxity without large incisions. These work well for patients with mild to moderate sagging. Available platforms include Renuvion and Morpheus.

Non-surgical facial options suit patients seeking gradual results. Dermal fillers with hyaluronic acid restore volume to the lips, jawline, and under-eye area. Collagen bio-stimulators trigger natural protein production over time.

Patient Services and Safety Protocols

Safety starts with detailed preoperative planning and individualized anesthesia. Doctors discuss specific risks and recovery stages during the initial consultation. Staff speak Portuguese, English, and Spanish. Each treatment plan is customized after evaluation at the São Leopoldo or Porto Alegre location.
