Dr. Hulda Rifat Ozakpinar is a specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery. She graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1995. Dr. Ozakpinar has led clinical research, especially on lower lip cancer reconstruction. She has received scholarships from the Japanese Ministry of Education (MEXT) and TÜBİTAK. She currently works at Lokman Hekim Akay Hospital.
