Prof. Dr. Bedia Defne Keçik is an experienced orthodontist and the Head of the Department of Orthodontics at Başkent University Istanbul Hospital. She completed her specialty training and doctorate in Orthodontics at Hacettepe University. Dr. Keçik has more than 20 years of academic and clinical experience.

She has made important contributions to orthodontic research and education. She served for ten years on the Editorial Board of the Hacettepe University Faculty of Dentistry Journal. Prof. Dr. Bedia Defne Keçik is an accomplished academic and clinical expert in the field of Orthodontics, with over two decades of experience in teaching, research, and patient care. She currently serves as the Head of the Department of Orthodontics at Başkent University Istanbul Hospital.

She completed her specialty training and doctorate in Orthodontics at Hacettepe University, where she also worked as a research assistant for several years. She has contributed to academic publishing, including serving on the Editorial Board of the Hacettepe University Faculty of Dentistry Journal for a decade.
