He graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2016. He served as a resident in public hospitals in Konya and Ankara. He trained as an observer at Villa Bella Clinic in Italy under Prof. Giovanni Botti. Dr. İkram Esen is a plastic surgeon with more than nine years of experience in aesthetic, reconstructive, and microsurgery. He graduated from the Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine. He began his plastic surgery career at Dicle University. He has since practiced at Göztepe Hospital and Natural Clinic.

He has performed thousands of procedures. His main areas include facial aesthetics, breast surgery, body contouring, post-bariatric surgery, genital aesthetics, hair transplantation, and non-surgical aesthetic treatments.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Saydam Mehmet is a general surgeon at Lokman Hekim Istanbul Hospital (2025–present). His work covers oncologic, endocrine, and metabolic surgery. He performs laparoscopic surgery, including hernia repair and anti-reflux procedures. He also treats morbid obesity and type 2 diabetes. Sleeve gastrectomy is among his key procedures.

Dr. Nihal Durmus Kocaaslan is an Associate Professor of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at Marmara University. Kocaaslan holds TPRECD and EBOPRAS certifications (2013). Kocaaslan became a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) in 2021. Kocaaslan has served as a Forensic Expert at the Ministry of Justice since 2019. Kocaaslan earned a PhD in Forensic Medicine in 2020.

Expertise includes orthognathic, maxillofacial, and jaw surgery, as well as cleft lip and palate and other congenital anomalies. Kocaaslan also specializes in breast and chest wall reconstruction, chronic wound repair, and aesthetic surgery.

International training includes reconstructive microsurgery at RWTH Aachen. It also includes breast, face, and body aesthetics at clinics in the United States and cleft care at Seattle Children’s. Kocaaslan trained in craniosynostosis at Erasmus University Rotterdam and in maxillofacial and orthognathic surgery at St. George’s Hospital.
