Dr. Eyup Bakmaz is an experienced orthopedic surgeon in Istanbul. He specializes in sports medicine, knee replacement, and hip arthroscopy. Dr. Saban Sec is a medical oncologist with experience at leading hospitals, including Haseki Training and Research Hospital, Prof. Dr. Cemil Taşcıoğlu City Hospital, and Bahçelievler Medikalpark Hospital. He currently represents specialist physicians in the Turkish Medical Oncology Association. He is also a member of the Istanbul Medical Chamber and the Turkish Medical Oncology Association.

Dr. Sec treats breast, lung, gastrointestinal, prostate, urogenital, head and neck cancers, as well as sarcomas and rare tumors. He has published many peer-reviewed articles on cancer prognosis, treatment outcomes, and survival rates. His research includes studies with large patient groups, such as 138 patients with HER2-positive metastatic gastric cancer. Dr. Leylagül Kaynar is a hematologist with broad experience in clinical hematology, bone marrow transplantation, and apheresis. She completed her medical degree and specialist training at Erciyes University in Turkey. There, she worked as Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Director of the Apheresis Unit, and Head of the Hematology Department.

Dr. Kaynar gained international research experience as a Visiting Research Scholar at Duke University in the USA. She also led the Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplantation Department at the Bahrain Oncology Center, where she improved hematology care in the region. Dr. Kaynar is now Professor and Head of Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplantation at Medipol Mega University Hospital in Turkey. She is known for her leadership and contributions to hematology and transplantation services.

Plastic, reconstructive, and hand surgeon trained at Istanbul University. Studied at the Istanbul Faculty of Medicine from 2000 to 2006, then completed residency from 2007 to 2013. EBOPRAS certified on 10 October 2014.

Advanced training included a microsurgery course at University Hospital Zurich in 2009. Observed in Taiwan in 2012 with Prof. Hung‑Chi Chen and at Chang Gung with Prof. Fu‑Chan Wei. Completed a fellowship at UZ Brussels with Prof. Moustapha Hamdi in 2014.

Academic output includes 11 publications from 2010 to 2016. These include a review of 66 fingertip reconstruction cases. Delivered 8 oral or poster presentations at FESSH, the 9th BAPRAS Congress (2015), and the Barcelona Breast Meeting (2016).

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ayşe Sinangil is a nephrologist with expertise in kidney failure. She has authored 30 international publications. She has also presented at 19 international scientific meetings.

Dr. Sinangil graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine. She completed her specialization at Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital in 2004. In 2012, she finished a minor specialization at Istanbul Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital. She is a member of the Turkish Society of Nephrology, ERA, and EDTA. Dr. Sinangil is dedicated to ongoing professional development in nephrology.

Dr. Ergun Tozkoparan is a pulmonologist with expertise in diagnosing and treating lung diseases. He has a special focus on tuberculosis. He received his medical degree from GATA Military Medical School in 1989. He completed his pulmonology training at GATA, Ankara in 1996.

Dr. Tozkoparan has worked in leading hospitals in Turkey. He also served as a professor at the GATA Department of Pulmonology. He gained further experience in interventional pulmonology during a year at the University of Texas, MD Anderson Cancer Center.

In 2007, Dr. Tozkoparan published research in CCLM. He showed important changes in platelet indices in patients with tuberculosis. This work helped improve how the disease is monitored and managed.

Dr. Digdem Begendi is an experienced ophthalmologist. She specializes in cataract surgery with IOL replacement, LASIK, and strabismus treatment. She is skilled in advanced procedures, including intraLase laser eye surgery, laser iridotomy, and femtosecond laser techniques.

Dr. Begendi has published several articles in national and international journals. Her work shows a strong commitment to research and clinical care. She is a member of the Turkish Ophthalmology Association. She completed her medical degree at Istanbul Bilim University and her specialization at Akdeniz University.

Dr. Cenk İndelen is a cardiovascular surgery specialist. He has practiced since 2002. He has worked at Istanbul Florence Nightingale Hospital since 2025. He completed his residency in thoracic, cardiovascular, and vascular surgery at Kocaeli University (1996–2002). He became an associate professor in 2023.

His focus is patient blood management and cardiothoracic optimization. He has published on transfusion cost-effectiveness and PBM implementation (Cardiovasc J Afr, 2023). He has also reported on the economics of aortic valve replacement (Heart Surg Forum, 2023) and techniques in coronary, mitral, and aortic surgery. His work also appears in JAMA (2023), Crit Care Med (2025), and Transfusion (2025).
