I have ordered from them they sent the wrong stuff. now they are telling me I read the web site wrong. they are not willing to fix their screw up and its cost me alot of money. they are not some place I would recommend to anyone

Shipping me what I ordered not what they wanted to ship me ..I received an Email with the correct listed ordered item that was being shipped .When the box arrived it had a different item than what I ordered

charged my card never ship, emailed no response....called spoke to someone out of the local area, my order backordered 8 weeks, no mention of that, tried to cancel it, not helpful, ask for transfer to local office, Woman again not much help said it was canceled couldn't not email to confirm...not sure how long it takes to refund back to my card...BUYERS BEWARE.

Worst customer service either. They are rude and don’t take actions for their mistakes. They treat you like you caused the mistake. Lesson learned will shop elsewhere next time.

The worst company ever. They practice bad business. They sent my product to a nonexistent address and told me it was my fault so I had to eat the shipping cost. The disabled community never order from this company they are bad business.

Placed an order for compression stockings following my surgery. Was told a few days later that vitality never received my order yet the money was debited out of my bank! Terrible service BEWARE!

Worst company ever to deal with. I tried to order from them and without letting me know they canceled the order. I had to call them to find out the idem was discontinued. So they gave me a new product number to try out. But to get a 1.99 trial, they want to charge me 10.55 for it.

My husband ordered me a portable oxygen concentrator over 2 weeks ago he selected that he wanted it the faster delivery so I could get it because I have to go down to the alfon center for cancer care and in order to get down there it takes me 4 small tanks of oxygen! Well he sent multiple emails to the company and got no response what so ever... No emails, calls and he even gave them 2 points of contacts so if there was any problems they could get a hold of them! Then all of… a sudden he got an email today stating the concentrator was on back order with no estimation on when they would be receiving it to there wearhouse and sending it out to us... Therefore he paid the extra for delivery so he called and canceled order knowing I needed it by this Thurs and they said that was fine , so he hung up the phone well then he tried you g through another medical supplier to find out they had already charged his card so therefore we have to wait to get credited before he can go elsewhere to try and get the equipment I need in order to be mobile. It's hard enough when you are 38 and have to deal with this as it is but for him and myself to have this added stress is definitely not what we needed. I used to work in the medical field and billed out medical equipment through Medicare and Medicaid and we always checked into the equipment and if it was on any sort of back order we always notified the patient! Also we never build the equipment until it arrived at our location because technically by law this is considered fraud because u are taking someone's money without having it in your personal hands as the supplier so just for future knowledge you as a medical supplier may want to check your standards and guidelines and if you are building insurances you hope that you don't get audited because this is against any standards in any way shape or form, I am hoping this gets resolved in a timely manor so I do t have to take action to the next level because this is not on, and customer service you may want to have your workers get trained better.

Poor service. Medline changed a product, Vitality Medical website did not indicate change. Called and cancelled order, was told it was cancelled by rep. Order arrived. Called for return. Such a disaster to work with then on the return. I ended up giving up and donating product.
