I found my experience healing, loving, supportive and informative. The learning and teaching was outstanding - the programme was full on. I loved how the kitchen attended to my needs and took care of me. I loved the 7am exercises, the dark room and the way I looked after my weeks there. I looked younger and happier. Best of all was having my needs catered for so I could concentrate on my studying and learning and my certification. Thank you Mantak Chia and wonderful teachers, student and team������

Beautiful calm ambient garden setting !! Excellent fresh clean food..wonderful treatments....Great teachers and classes. Master Chia has so much knowledge to share and has created a marvellous sanctuary. I've been twice and can't wait to go again <3

Stayed one night only in my 4 week thailand holiday. It's well known by locals so easy to get anyone to drive you there. ROOM was very rundown with many insects, spiders and worms. Food was ok for breakfast- limited variety and quality is below average compared to other places I stayed. You need to pay extra for coffee and breakfast not included in room cost (even though you expect it to be for price point). Feels like college dorm. Worse is that hotel dropped us off and told us they will pick us up from lantern festival. They didn't pick us up and when we called them they just said sorry we can't anyone just catch a taxi. I was stranded with my kids with no taxis around. I had to ask locals to drop me back to the hotel. Untrustworthy hotel service is a shame.

My room is beautiful, the food is delicious, the gardens are divine and the treatments are amazing. It’s been heavenly being here!

The gardens with old trees makes for a nice energy ambiance but the resort is *really* run down. Like obviously broken things that should be fixed, cobwebs, weeds etc. Additionally, the food is at a surprisingly low standard. They make you pay extra for coffee, which feels like a money grab. Overall, Tao Gardens resort is a faded, decaying place with good bones but needs an injection of capital and better, more inspired management.

It was special experience to stay in Tao garden. There are many kind of great treatment to detox our heart and body. Food there was so fresh and delicious.… I appreciate that this peaceful resort gave me a chance to know wonderful people from all over the world as well. I will definitely come back. Thank you again Tao garden!
