My wife had two liposuction procedures. The first was practically just paid for, as there were no results. Out of frustration and the lack of results, she had a second treatment in the same area, as a refund was refused. We are still waiting for the results.
Now she is suffering from nothing but depression and has been on sick leave for months. We have tried to contact her several times – we are currently awaiting the outcome of our legal proceedings, as NO ONE is responding to emails and the customer service line remains unanswered. Everyone seems to be just a nuisance. Do not, under any circumstances, have any treatment at this clinic – and especially not with Ms. Capelo.

Great doctors – great nurses – fantastic team! I recently had my third liposuction with Dr. Weirich. A fantastic and extremely competent doctor who knows exactly what he's doing. He has just the right sensitivity, a wealth of experience, and you feel very well looked after! I would choose to have it done by him again anytime. From the operating room nurses to the anesthetists, the nurses who looked after me, and the entire rest of the team, everyone took excellent care of me, and I received excellent care and good advice at all times. Frau Dr. Duma ist die beste Ärztin. Bin sehr zufrieden mit der Liposuktion 💐 Leider war die Dame an der Administration nicht sehr freundlich. In so einer bekannten Klinik erwarte ich einen respektvollen und freundlichen Umgang. Dies ist leider schon öfters Patienten aufgefallen und ein No GO. Vor einer OP ist man sowieso schon nervös. Abgesehen davon ist die Klinik super. Die Schwestern sind auch sehr zu loben. Die machen einen super Job 👌
