I would actually give zero stars if I could. I went there maybe two years ago for a psychiatry, the psychiatrist was so argumentative, rude and outdated, (mike jones) I immediately found psychiatry elsewhere. Recently, I’ve been back to establish primary care and it’s been nothing but a headache trying to schedule and be seen by them. They originally scheduled me with a practitioner who had two weeks left at the clinic and would no longer be working there( Why would I want to establish care with the doctor Who’s leaving When I’ve been dealing with chronic undiagnosable issues for three years???)
So that first appointment was A waste of time, They scheduled me weeks out again with a practitioner, Just to call me days before my appointment to reschedule with an actual doctor Due to the health concerns I’ve been experiencing. Come the day of the third rescheduled appointment Which was scheduled for 4:50 PM. They called me around 10 AM asking me to reschedule and I told them no I’ve been waiting a long time for this appointment. They then called me back around 11 AM asking if I could move my appointment up. I told them no, I have a therapy appointment and a meeting for something else during the day and that’s why I scheduled it for the afternoon. THEY CALLED ME AGAIN Around 2 PM asking me again to move my appointment up. I finally told them yes And I Received yet another phone call for them to check me into the appointment, Where she said the doctor should be calling you in 5 to 10 minutes. I waited 40 minutes before calling to find out what is going on And after I finally got a hold of somebody, she told me OK he should be calling you in another 30 minutes.. At that point it’s going to be 4:30 PM and I was harassed all day to move my appointment up just for me to sit around my phone for an hour waiting for a call..
This place is extremely unorganized and clearly does Not have any consideration for other people’s time.
