My husband and I had an amazing experience with IVF Life Madrid. We live in Ireland but chose to go abroad for our IVF treatment as the Irish clinics can in no way compare to the expertise and care provided by this clinic.
The staff at the clinic have always been person-centred and extremely kind and caring. From the very first call with the clinic (with the wonderful Clara) I knew we were getting a completely different experience from other clinics I had contacted. Clara explained in great detail every stage of the process-this had never been done with me before with other clinics (in Ireland). I immediately had a good feeling once I got off the call with Clara. This positive experience continued right throughout our communications and visits to the clinic. We worked with Dr Izquierdo who also was a wonderfully kind and empathetic man. He explained everything in great detail and gave us time to ask questions-again, this was very different to our previous experiences with other clinics where we felt rushed etc.
The staff of this clinic really helped to make our ivf journey a very positive one. Each and every one of them that we encountered had a smile, shared kind words with us and helped us feel at ease. The communication with the clinic (Clara especially) was excellent and quick. We never had to chase or follow up with them as all emails were promptly replied to.
We underwent an egg collection and 2 FETs with this clinic and hope to welcome our baby in April 25.

Mala experiencia No entraré a hacer valoraciones de la atención dispensada en el mismo ni a realizar descalificaciones. Simplemente voy a a dar algunos datos objetivos que me han hecho tener una imagen negativa de este centro y que solamente se basan en nuestra experiencia. Tras someternos mi pareja y yo a varios estudios en PROCREATEC nos dijeron que en nuestro caso era más adecuado realizar técnica FIV. Nos sometimos en dos ocasiones a esta técnica y el resultado fue negativo (en el primero llegamos a la transferencia de dos óvulos fecundados de no muy buena calidad y en la segunda ni siquiera llegaron a madurar los óvulos). No nos supieron dar una respuesta al problema y lo atribuyeron a la mala suerte (esto supone un desembolso de cerca de 10.000 €). Tras el segundo tratamiento fallido mandaron a mi mujer que se realizara numerosas pruebas genéticas y metabólicas. Puesto que tenemos una compañía privada que nos cubría los gastos de dichas pruebas acudimos a la Unidad de Reproducción de la clínica Moncloa (UR) de ASISA. Cuando acudimos aquí nos dicen que mi mujer no tiene ningún problemas genético, que esto salta a la vista, y que nos están mareando. En la UR, con los resultados de las mismas pruebas ya realizadas anteriormente y simplemente echando un vistazo a los análisis se centran en posibles motivos metabólicos. Nos derivan a un internista, y tras 3 meses mi mujer se queda embarazada de forma natural, simplemente controlando la dieta y con una medicación para regular los niveles de azúcar en su organismo. De momento va todo bien, ya llevas 6 meses de gestación. Espero que esto pueda ayudar a las personas que, como nosotros en su día, estén valorando acudir a alguno de estos centros de reproducción. En nuestro caso acudimos a esta clínica porque tenía buenas referencias y no nos fue bien.

We had a very negative experience with this clinic. Their management of foreign patients is extremely poor, from telling me to take the wrong medication at the wrong time (a message that was intended for someone else entirely), telling me to book a flight for the wrong date and refusing to refund, during the treatment cycle there was no doctor available at the clinic to read the tests that I had asked to perform by the clinic... I spoke with a different doctor every time, who seem to be clueless about my medical history... It was a very bad experience. It is a very challenging time of our lives, already going to a foreign country to perform such a treatment is hard, we don't need the added stress and pain of dealing with both doctor's and management mistakes. I strongly do not recommend this place, they really need to get their act together...

I had a very disappointing experience at this fertility clinic. From the moment I arrived, the secretaries were unfriendly and dismissive. They seemed annoyed when I asked questions and made me feel like I was a burden. This lack of professionalism and empathy made an already stressful process much worse. I expected a higher standard of care and respect, especially in such a sensitive environment. I do not recommend this clinic based on how poorly I was treated by the administrative staff.

Eternellement reconnaissante pour m'avoir permis d'être enceinte aujourdhui de 7 mois de mes deux jumeaux, et qui se portent à merveille! Une équipe adorable et humaine. Je les recommande fortement.

Estupenda clinica, tras haber probado varias en Madrid (4), esta es la que mas me gustó y con mucha diferencia. Ademas es la que logró el exito y nos ayudó a conseguir nuestra hija, en una circunstancia complicada. Procreatec cuenta con un equipo de grandes profesionales en el que saben lo que hacen, son claros en la comunicación, flexibles para dar todas las facilidades, amables en el trato y puntuales. Especial agradecimiento a la Dra Ruth Fernandez-Segura, por su apoyo, tesón y su disponibilidad a trabajar con profesionales de otras clinicas y países.

Mi experiencia fantástica y recomiendo la clínica sin dudar. Todo el mundo -desde recepcionistas, enfermeras, médicos...- muy profesionales y amables en el trato, además de ser flexibles y darte facilidades (con horarios, gestiones,...). Una mención especial a mi doctora (Dra. Gómez Segura) por su tiempo, dedicación, comprensión, paciencia, buenos consejos y atención que mostró durante todo el proceso.

J’ai été très bien informé de la part du dr.jennifer Rayward. Elle nous a bien expliqué ce qui était le mieux dans notre cas et quels étaient nos chances de réussite pour un traitement ou un autre. Ce qui a poussé notre choix pour procreatec a été la disponibilité du personnel, qui nous a toujours répondu très vite et clairement, et également le choix de techniques plus sûres en laboratoire. Après comparaison avec d’autre centres, Procreatec présente un laboratoire plus avancé et de meilleurs résultats. Nous sommes très satisfaits de Procreatec et tenions à le faire partager.
