I was about to rate this hospital 5 star but dear management kindly see the series of complains you guys are getting ..it really reflects that there are big issues with your staff,doctors and offcourse with the entire management..kindly rectify yourself before proclaiming you are at your best

One is the worst hospital I have ever been to. The experience is extremely bad. Untrained nurses are there . They don’t even know to take blood and making patients more injured . They don’t respect anyone’s timing . And if we are trying to communicate and ask for things zero response from their end. They scheduled a diabetic patients operation at 8am and took her in the afternoon. Even after paying a huge amount the services are pathetic. Not at all recommended. All the staff are rude. The management is just so so bad. On every counter it takes almost one hour to do one thing . And you have to keep on wasting your time . Even after the hospital is so huge. Think 100 times before coming.

Nursing Staff:
The nursing care was very disappointing. [Example: Nurses were rude / inattentive / did not respond on time / lacked compassion]. This made the hospital stay stressful instead of supportive.
Facilities & Cleanliness:
The hospital facilities were not up to the expected standard. [Example: Rooms were not clean / toilets unhygienic / equipment outdated / waiting area not so good].
Overall Experience:
Instead of feeling cared for, I felt neglected and frustrated. The hospital must seriously improve its service quality, staff behavior, and management transparency. At this stage, I cannot recommend it to others.

I have heard some good things about some of the departments (esp. the oncology department) so this review is not meant for the entire hospital. However, my experience with the sleep clinic was subpar. The home sleep study is done through a third party vendor who charged a handsome amount for a basic sleep test available in the market for Rs. 2000 to Rs. 3000. There were some issues with the billing and guy being uncomfortable with our building's entry procedure. Surgery was advised based on the test results but we decided to go for a second opinion from another clinic and non-surgical procedures have helped.

the best hospital in India. at a humanitarian level at the technology level the kinda doctors they have the speed of recovery post procedure… the hygiene the facility the price whatever parameter I trust it blindly now. Dr shreyash gajjar Dr Kashiv Dr Ravi khosa are brilliant . my mother was on the verge of being bed ridden these miracle workers of doctors that they are called did two urgent surgeries for my mother back to back (she could not walk or eat until the previous day ) and the next day she was independent, walking and the next day to that she flew back home happy and healthy and satisfied. the billing procedure was taken care of in such a way that we were not burdened at all ... the hospital cooperated (without us even mentioning so ) and wired the insuarer to pay. they don't charge or do procedures unless not needed and pamper to another level. its the best place u can think of

My dad had been admitted to this hospital 7 times this year alone,, started with a heart attack,, where people get out in a week we spent a month t here,, then for diabetes issues which they do a temporary fix so we need to come back again and again for visits, also for amputation of toe and then returned for a few times for a wound that didn't heal and led to gangrene where again currently admitted!! This is the story of the treatment!! Now when it comes to food this hospital has ISS for catering as for patients you cannot bring outside food so you are stuck at paying high prices for the a food quality which is abysmal and service that definitely requires a training program from quality Check to delivery!! My advise if you are not satisfied once please look at other hospitals for second opinion!!

I took an appointment 5 days in advance because I'd to travel 500 kms. When I reached hospital, I was the only patient for the doctor. Yet she came 30 minutes late. She didn't touched me, asked my symptoms, did a laryngoscopy without any interest. When I was having gag reflex- said in detached way this way I can't do it !!! lastly said you need surgery. I went to another doctor for a second opinion and had a total different experience. I took 4 ent reviews in a single day an…d only Kokilaben hospital doctor advised for surgery. I didn't liked the permanent government hospital type attitude of her. She was actually singing when I was being prepared for laryngoscopy !!!

This is regarding corodinator miss Kamakshi, she was really helpful through out our consultation with cardiologist. She remained present in person and helped us through the process of appointment, consultation and billing. Right from recieving us in hospital to seeing us off. She also made follow up calls.
