Quería dar las gracias a la Clínica San Roque (Maspalomas), en especial al doctor Edwin Pantaleon y todo su equipo, el cual me opero de Hallux Valgus derecho e izquierdo, lo que actualmente conocemos por juanetes. Gracias a Tania que me dio información, a Miriam que se había operado y lo aconsejaba, a Irene y Rocio por su paciencia, simpatía, pero en general a todos por su profesionalidad. Gracias, gracias, gracias sobre todo al doctor Edwin Pantaleon que me operó y me dejo unos pies perfectos. De vivir toda la vida con unos pies imperfectos, con dolor, ahora a mis 52 años estoy alucinando. Excellent hospital. Reception are very friendly and helpful, when filling in the form and speak fluent English. The waiting time was good, considering how many people were waiting. Diagnosis was quick. They also had a brilliant translater who was kind and very helpful if there was any language barriers. Thank you to all the wonderful professional staff at the hospital

I came here with potential respiration pneumonia. They wouldn't let me see a doctor unless I paid 500 euros per condition, even though I'm insured. The insurance company won't give any payment guarantee without knowing what the problem is, so I was stuck in this stalemate. Honestly, I'd never go here again and never bother taking out insurance

It has nearly been a year since I was at the hospital. In my 4 weeks stay until I was air lifted back to the UK in an air ambulance I was treated and cared for by the wonderfull doctors and nurses for my various conditions using their expertise. My only complaint and reason for 4 stars was the food without any choices, but they did have a superb canteen which I was a regular visitor with my wife.

The worst experience we could have ever imagined and we can never forget how we were treated. It was all about money and we were ignored till we were forced to pay! Blatant lies and lack of professionalism from top Dr.’s. We even raised an official complaint to the MOH (Ministry of Health) but there has been no response till date. I hope the MOH and the hospital management take responsibility and accountability for their actions..

Quiero dar las gracias a la D. ODALYS de urgencia por su profesionalidad. Ya que con fiebre muy alta y sintiéndome falta en urgencias De San Fernando un doctor jovencito y prepotente ,sin mirarme ,como una pelota me dijo que me fuera a Meloneras donde la doctora Con urgencias súper llena ,me trato con profesional y cariñosamente. Tenía gripe A y me puso tratamiento. Quiero felicitar al hospital por tener grandes profesionales cómo la D ODALYS y su enfermera .👍
