My husband Alan has been receiving care here in ICU.
What can I say other than a massive Thank you to all the care on ICU. Without expertise my husband Alan would not be here today. The consultants and nursing team admin staff I have spoken to have been nothing but kind and understanding. I can only give you five stars as there is no more but you all do a fantastic job and deserve more 👏 Huge thank you from Alan Chisholm wife family and friends.x

The worst experience we could have ever imagined and we can never forget how we were treated. It was all about money and we were ignored till we were forced to pay! Blatant lies and lack of professionalism from top Dr.’s. We even raised an official complaint to the MOH (Ministry of Health) but there has been no response till date. I hope the MOH and the hospital management take responsibility and accountability for their actions..

Fantastic!! My mom broke her foot and we couldn’t have asked for better and faster help! Within 2 hours we had gotten help and she had a cast on, ready to leave. Much thanks to their amazing translator (A very nice Norwegian lady) thank you so much for making a horrible situation easy and struggle free!

Ingresaron a mi pareja en el hospital y la verdad que la experiencia es muy desagradable. Parece que nada más que por estar ahí todo el mundo molesta, vas a preguntar algo o a pedir ayuda y te miran con mala cara, " ahora voy a verla" y tardan 20/30 min. Lo más curioso es que después de esa media hora sorprendidos dicen "todavía no te han puesto la vía?!". Se le fue la vía por un mal movimiento y se manchó de sangre todo el suelo de la habitación... Y allí se quedó restos de sangre por el suelo hasta que vino la limpiadora el día siguiente. Entra la auxiliar de turno "hola aquí tienes la cena y rápido que hay que retirar las bandejas"... En serio???? Estos casos se dan sobre todo con las auxiliares mujeres (y los turnos de noche peor....). Los hombres y las que son más jóvenes la verdad que bien y buen trato, pero las otras parece que están ahí obligadas y qué no les gusta que le vengan a hablar. Por favor, no pongan a esta gente tan desagradable que amargan la vida de los pobres enfermos (ellos si están obligados a estar ahí). También quiero decir que l@s enfermer@s y medic@s hacen un trabajo excelente y cada vez que aparecían nos daba un soplo de aire fresco, eran atentos y educados (así es como se trata a una persona). PD: "Ayudantes de enferm@s" gracias por saber cómo es este sitio. Ya se a donde no ir nunca.

This is a private hospital and you are expected to fund your health care for all those who want to leave Europe,get use to this. This hospital is very efficient friendly and informative, thank you for the service you provided, our bill was being paid by a third party so no issues for us but clean helpful and very good service.

Excellent hospital. Reception are very friendly and helpful, when filling in the form and speak fluent English. The waiting time was good, considering how many people were waiting. Diagnosis was quick. They also had a brilliant translater who was kind and very helpful if there was any language barriers. Thank you to all the wonderful professional staff at the hospital

Quería dar las gracias por la atención recibida el día de ayer (27-02) a todo el personal de urgencias: paramédicos, asistentas, enfermeras y médicos, luego de tener un accidente en bici contra un vehículo en la zona de campo internacional. La atención fué genial desde el primer momento, muy cercana, en todo momento me sentí seguro de estar en buenas manos, muchas gracias a todos!!
