Dr was good at his work. But the people who send you to doctor by checking the availability of doctor are very rude and if you take appointment of 12:40pm you get to see the doctor at 3:00pm(Even after being on time.I was in hospital at 12:00pm.They generally ask you to be at hospital 30 mins prior to your appointment. I had an online appointment and also got the registration done at the hospital at 12:10pm). They behave as though we have not paid any money when you visit them again with your reports. At that time they remember of all other appointments and ask you to wait from morning to evening. Very unprofessional! It will be my last option to vist this hospital again! Highly unsatisfied with their behaviour! You can go to this hospital if you do not care for your time and work!

Very Satisfied with the overall service, be it the Doctors starting from emergency ward Dr. Sana to every other Doctor who attended to me during my stay and the support staff of nurse's and house keeping. All doctors were patient enough to explain the treatment and procedures.

It's a very good Hospital accessible by Metro. Process is very smooth and timely. Reports for most of the tests is available on the same day with complete details. Admin Staff is very courteous and Chemo nursing staff is very professional.

A well designed hospital with good facilities and, most importantly, knowledgeable senior staff/ doctors.Today, I can say with certainty that I owe my life to right and timely actions and treatment by doctors and staff in this hospital! I had to rush there and get admitted in emergency for my health issues. Handling of this emergency by the staff in emergency section was swift, which clearly showed their readiness to tackle such situations effectively. Within minutes of getting admitted, medical incharges/ senior doctors of relevant depts were on the spot, coordinating and guiding in right direction.Further, it was very effectively handled by doctors and nurses in ICU and in operation theatre. The patient care in rooms was also good and patient-friendly.To summarise, this is one of the very professionally managed hospitals with knowledgeable as well as friendly staff.

To start the hospital is very clean and hygiene. But what I observed is the staffs are not well trained, most they failed to assist patients for instance you hardly see anyone volunteer to come and help you register at the entrance. of course they have one best doctors but they lack co ordination with patients. Being in other hospitals of same standard this hospital offers less facilities for example even if you are taking room with single bed the patient care taker won't get a bed just a couch. Their canteen is expensive and taste of food is average. I would definitely choose other hospitals nearby than this especially in terms of cost vs service

Complaint of severe dizziness, since sakra hospital was far from my location I came to this hospital on emergency to meet a neurologist. The security personnel will not allow you from the main gate of the premises since hospital has only one entry only fr a certain route via yeshwantpur. 1. Only cars are allowed in the main gate not auto rickshaws since they have a status quo, irrespective of if the person is an emergency patient or in a dying situation.2. Informed the staff that I need to consult him on emergency , my sister was told was told to pay the consultation fees of (850rs) and told us to wait in the queue, when asked if we can consult ASAP we were diverted to emergency ward which doesn't have neurologist. IF YOU WANT YOUR LIFE TO BE SAFE AND NOT AT RISK DURING EMERGENCY PLEASE DONT COME TO THIS HOSPITAL NOT ORION SIDE. IT IS ONLY FOR THE RICH GUYS HAVING FANCY CARS.

Dr Savita Shetty performed surgery on my mother and and we went back for repeated check for upto 1 year after that. She told us everything was fine. Next year we shifted home so we went to another doctor for check up. He told us there was a surgical long thread left in the uterus cavity from the surgery. We told him surgery was done more than 1.5 years ago which shocked him. Inspite of repeated check ups with her, she was negligent and left the thread inside which could have become very dangerous if it had become septic and got infected. Very bad experience.
