The appointment process was smooth, and reception staff were courteous. Doctors and nurses were professional and explained the treatment clearly. The hospital was clean and well-maintained, with a reasonable waiting time. Medicines can also be conveniently purchased at the OPD counter. Overall, a positive experience.

I would like to sincerely update my previous review. My surgery at the hospital went very well, and I am truly grateful for the care and support I received. All departments worked together to ensure a smooth experience, and the staff took excellent care of me throughout my stay.
Earlier, I had shared a negative review due to a miscommunication between the insurance department and doctors. However, the hospital staff addressed the concerns promptly and provided me with the best possible care.
I highly recommend this hospital — the doctors and staff are very professional, caring, and dedicated to patient well-being.

The doctors at the clinic are quite good and professional, which I truly appreciate. However, the experience with the reception staff leaves much to be desired. Despite having a booked appointment, it is common to wait for about an hour or more. This defeats the purpose of scheduling a specific time, as everyone ends up waiting in a general queue with unpredictable delays. It would be helpful if the clinic could improve its appointment management and ensure better coordination at the reception to respect patients’ time.

We recently had my mother’s knee replacement surgery done at Manipal Hospital , Yeshwanthpur under the care of Dr. KKiran Chowka, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. Dr. KKiran chowka is not only an excellent surgeon but also brings an incredibly positive energy to every interaction.
From our first consultation, his confidence, clarity, and approachable nature put us at ease. He patiently answered all our questions, explained the procedure in detail, and made sure my mother felt fully prepared and reassured. His high energy and good vibes are truly contagious – exactly the kind of spirit you want around during a major surgery.
The surgery went smoothly, and Dr. KKiran’s follow-up care was equally impressive. He checked in regularly, encouraged progress, and made my mother feel genuinely cared for, not just as a patient but as a person.
Thanks to Dr. KKiran chowka’s skill and support, thanks to his whole team (Dr Prasanna) my mother is recovering well and regaining her mobility faster than we expected. Special thanks to physiotherapist Adharsh sir also for helping my mom post care , We are incredibly thankful to Dr KKiran chowka and would highly recommend him to anyone considering knee replacement surgery.

Very Satisfied with the overall service, be it the Doctors starting from emergency ward Dr. Sana to every other Doctor who attended to me during my stay and the support staff of nurse's and house keeping. All doctors were patient enough to explain the treatment and procedures.

Dr was good at his work. But the people who send you to doctor by checking the availability of doctor are very rude and if you take appointment of 12:40pm you get to see the doctor at 3:00pm(Even after being on time.I was in hospital at 12:00pm.They generally ask you to be at hospital 30 mins prior to your appointment. I had an online appointment and also got the registration done at the hospital at 12:10pm). They behave as though we have not paid any money when you visit them again with your reports. At that time they remember of all other appointments and ask you to wait from morning to evening. Very unprofessional! It will be my last option to vist this hospital again! Highly unsatisfied with their behaviour! You can go to this hospital if you do not care for your time and work!

I cam with a patient who had severe pain in stomach and chest and during diagnosis patient were given the food which was adulterated with stone and glass pieces and manager on duty denied to give on writing. Anything can go wrong with the patient and infact they denied to take undertaking the same. I had to call 100 for the help
