Unfortunately, only makes look that it’s a good clinic . I took an appointment to specialized medical assessment of the left maxillary sinus , so it’s implied I have to do only this test , which my doctor told me. Month later , I came to clinic and they sent me to consultation with a specialist , which I’ve never said I need , I paid 110€ just for one minute the doctor ask me if I’m ok and That’s all! And after that , doctor sent me to this test which I ask and needed , but I must’ve paid another 190€!! So result , I’ve ask them for a test, but they’ve sent me to unnecessary consultation which I’ve never ask to , I’ve just wasted my 110€ for nothing !! That’s fraud 😡 Moreover , they’ve made me running around hospital for 40 minutes. Doctor told me went to receptionist , receptionist sent me to another receptionist, then second receptionist sent me to doctor to resolve issues with her , because she doesn’t know , then doctor sent me to client help . Just a shame nothing to say more

Wir hatten einen Termin um 13 Uhr nun ist es fast 14 Uhr und wir sind immer noch nicht an der Reihe. Dieses Krankenhaus ist eine Zumutung. Jeder Termin den ich bis jetzt in diesem Krankenhaus hatte und es waren mindestens schon 10 musste ich immer warten ich bekomme nie einen Termin pünktlich. Ich empfehle wirklich die staatlichen Krankenhäuser die halten ihre Termine ein und die Ärzte sind kompetent da. Was diesen Krankenhaus sich abhält ist eine Katastrophe ich bin so verärgert, dass es ihm gar nicht sagen kann wie schlecht dieses Krankenhaus mit seiner Kundschaft umgeht. Es ist ein privatkrankenhaus und ich bezahle dir echt Euro in bar, umso schlimmer fühle ich mich behandelt.

DRA. XIMÉNEZ ESTAFADORA.Estoy segura de que serán grandes profesionales con muchos estudios, pero ética y tener en cuenta la economía de las personas POCO. Pretendían que fuera durante año y medio a tratarme el acné con unas pastillas y que cada dos tres semanas fuera a consulta (40€ cada una) y me hiciera análisis (92€). En dos semanas me gasté en dos consultas y unos análisis que te los hacen igual en SS (ella insistió que más rápido por aquí para empezar cuanto antes) 170 euros aprox. Total, que la siguiente cita, aún pidiéndola de urgencia, me la dieron a las TRES SEMANAS. Suficiente tiempo para poder hacerme los análisis en mi médico de cabecera. Pedí una segunda opinión a una estupenda dermatóloga aquí en Alicante, y para mi sorpresa, debería estar tomando UNA DOSIS DOBLE de las pastillas que actualmente tomo. Vamos, que encima iba a estar gastándome en pastillas lo que no está escrito. O sea, que no solo pretendían que me gastara el dinero en pastillas, sino que además querían que pagara más tiempo por un tratamiento que solo dura entre 7-8 meses para que siguieran sangrándome. No volveré, estoy muy descontenta con la sección de dermatología y espero que no estaféis a la gente y seáis honestos, la salud es muy importante, pero nuestra economía también.Atentamente,Laura Marcos

My wife has breast cancer surgery here. Surgeon was excellent. After care treatment and communication is lacking. Timing and authorisation issues between insurance company and hospital has added unnecessary stress. Hospital are not issuing prescription forms that insurance company are requesting and medical reports are not always explanatory enough as to why they suggest a certain treatment etc. Better lines of communication are needed, particularly in keeping patients informed exactly of what to expect. Surgery was mid April and now we're almost into July with no actual start date with preventative treatment. We're hoping it's nothing serious and won't affect long term recovery or recurrence. Edit: would like to add that Paula in patient affairs has been most helpful and kind to the situation. Radiology department administration needs some etiquette in making calls to patients - keep telling my wife "we do not have authority for treatment", when quite clearly our insurance company and our insurance broker have been spending hours over the last few weeks asking for more detailed information on suggested treatment. It may have helped if the machinery had been fully operational and not breaking down on two previous appointments and internal communication was better between oncology and all the departments.

Buenas tardes, clientes de este hospital privado. Creía que debido a esta calificación, los servicios que ofrecía presentarían cierta calidad y o singularidades respecto a otros centros sanitarios, sin embargo he tenido un altercado que da un giro de 180 grados a esta percepción. Padezco un tipo de alergia la cual se trata mediante vacunación por la cual debo asistir al menos 1 vez al mes al centro hospitalario, el cual se ecuentra a una considerable distancia, implicando un periodo largo de tiempo dicho día que sustituye cualquier actividad que tenga, concretamente una sesión de academia sujeta a pago mensual. Tras pedir cita esta mañana y ser aceptada, he acudido esta tarde a la hora fijada. La sorpresa ha sido que después de presentarme allí, y preguntar por mi consulta, de una manera desagradable me han comunicado que ese servicio no estaba disponible con mi tipo de seguro y que no se me aplicarían dichos tratos acordados. Después del tiempo invertido y de haber sido en vano, he llegado a mi casa a las 19:00 horas. A objetar, debo decir que cogí el autobús que se dirigía a dicho destino a las 17:00 y que he perdido 2 horas sin propósito alguno, es más, una sesión de academia la cual es semanal e irrecuperable.Gracias por su atención.Un cordial saludo.
