It has nearly been a year since I was at the hospital. In my 4 weeks stay until I was air lifted back to the UK in an air ambulance I was treated and cared for by the wonderfull doctors and nurses for my various conditions using their expertise. My only complaint and reason for 4 stars was the food without any choices, but they did have a superb canteen which I was a regular visitor with my wife.

Meine Geschichte:Mein Vater wurde am 29.05.2018 während eines Urlaubs mit plötzlich aufgetretenem massivem Rückenschmerz in das Hospital San Roque eingeliefert.5 zermürbende Tage letzte Tage begannen für die sich kümmernde Schwester vor Ort und für den Rest der Familie in Deutschland, da die Ärzteschaft meines Erachtens zur Sache überfordert war.Außerdem ein fragwürdiges Verhalten bezüglich Weitergabe von wichtigen Informationen, Diagnoseergebnisse an die Familie und an den ADAC zeigte, ja sogar scheinbar den Informationsfluss verzögerte. Auf z.B. Ergebnisse einer Computertomografie hat man trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage tatsächlich einen ganzen Tag zu warten. Der Hinweis, dass dringend benötige Medikamente ausgehen, ist mehrfach auf taube Ohren gestoßen.Noch am 02.06.2019 (Tag 5) konnte der ADAC die Ausreise formal nicht auf den Weg bringen, weil angeblich immer noch irgendein Formular bzw. immer noch irgendwelche aktuellen Befunde fehlten, der Stationsarzt angeblich "gerade" in der Ambulanz war etc.Die UKV Saarbrücken, bei der eine gesonderte Reiserücktrittversicherung bestand und die parallel dazu ihre Zuständigkeit für den Rückflug klärte, kann diese Aussage bestätigen.Meinem Vater ging es jeden Tag schlechter und schlechter.Am 03.06. (Tag 6) war er tot! Laut spanischem Entlassbrief mutmaßlich gestorben an einem Infarkt des Darms, der sich als massiver Rückenschmerz präsentierte. Das glaube ich nach Rücksprache mit deutschen Experten auch.Um solch einen frischen Darminfarkt diagnostizieren zu können benötigt mal viel Erfahrung. Das ist dem Ärzteteam klar abzusprechen. Notfallmedizinische Maßnahmen, aber erst in der Nacht auf den Todestag, wären zu diesem Zeitpunkt sinnlos gewesen. Natürlich hat ein 81-Jähriger Tourist aus Sicht des ADAC mit der Diagnose „Rückenschmerzen“ keinerlei Chance auf Rücktransport. Frische Herzinfarkte, Verunfallte etc. werden nachvollziehbar immer bevorzugt. Mein Vater hatte somit keinerlei Chance auf eine bessere medizinische Versorgung im Heimatland. Und am Ende schon gar nicht die Chance, im Sterbeprozess Abschied vom Rest der Familie zu nehmenUngeachtet dessen, wie die Situation in Deutschland ausgegangen wäre.

Quería dar las gracias por la atención recibida el día de ayer (27-02) a todo el personal de urgencias: paramédicos, asistentas, enfermeras y médicos, luego de tener un accidente en bici contra un vehículo en la zona de campo internacional. La atención fué genial desde el primer momento, muy cercana, en todo momento me sentí seguro de estar en buenas manos, muchas gracias a todos!!

I came here with potential respiration pneumonia. They wouldn't let me see a doctor unless I paid 500 euros per condition, even though I'm insured. The insurance company won't give any payment guarantee without knowing what the problem is, so I was stuck in this stalemate. Honestly, I'd never go here again and never bother taking out insurance

Quiero dar las gracias a la D. ODALYS de urgencia por su profesionalidad. Ya que con fiebre muy alta y sintiéndome falta en urgencias De San Fernando un doctor jovencito y prepotente ,sin mirarme ,como una pelota me dijo que me fuera a Meloneras donde la doctora Con urgencias súper llena ,me trato con profesional y cariñosamente. Tenía gripe A y me puso tratamiento. Quiero felicitar al hospital por tener grandes profesionales cómo la D ODALYS y su enfermera .👍

Bad service. All the doctors were really agressive and not nice, exept only one man. The transelators are rude and angry. My sister was in a lot of pain because of a kidneystone. They gave her painkillers, and she said they did not work and asked for another painkiller. They sai they had to wait for the doctor, and thats understandable. But they came in to give her more of the one that did not work. She then tell them politely that she did´nt want it because it did not help, and then they were angry at her because of that. She was there for several hours in a lot of pain, and the doctor did not come. I understand that its busy, but they gave her a panic attack and then yelled at her for it. Its not her fault that its busy. Also, when you have pasients, you should be nice. Next time I´ll rather go to another hospital, because it was a bit of a horror hospital.

Danke,sehr kompetentes Krankenhaus. Das Team hat sich um mich gleich gekümmert und hat die Notlage verstanden um was es bei mir ging. Super Erstversorgung. Haben mich dann nach Las Palmas weiter geschickt. Im Großen und Ganzen alles richtig macht vielen Dank weiter so.

Una vergüenza, fui el martes pasado con un dolor horrible, me atendieron me dijeron que era una infección de orina. Acabo de volver pxq no se me ha pasado. Me piden una muestra de orina y esta conmigo 40 minutos pxq el médico no hace la petición para que la manden a analizar. El dice que no es de riñon que es de columna ( eso dice) . Me dicen si quiero calmantes le digo que no que calmantes tengo ya que solo quiero que me solucionen el problema, pxq así no puedo seguir. Yo trabajo y necesito estar bien( yo nunca falto al trabajo) y me dice que la medicina no se impone . Y el médico me habla mal, pésimo el trato. Por cierto solo éramos tres en urgencias. Me enfado y le digo que no se moleste que me voy a otro medico. Y la contestación de este señor es vete a donde quieras. Y me he marchado y no me han dado ni papel para firmar el alta. Y a mi me descuentan todos los meses y pago ha hacienda para pagar los sueldos de esta gente. Por favor que seriedad es esta. Y comentando los que se habla dentro de la consulta con otra gente. Pero esto que es.
