The London CyberKnife Center is the 1st center in the UK providing CyberKnife treatment to patients with:

- liver tumors (both benign and malignant)

The treatment is available on the outpatient basis.

Exceptional Experience at The Harley Street Clinic
I was admitted to The Harley Street Clinic on July 19th for decompression surgery for central spinal stenosis. From start to finish, the care I received was truly exceptional.
Nurse Ferdinand did my pre-assessment and explained everything clearly. He was kind and professional, which made me feel comfortable and confident about the surgery.
On the day of the Surgery, Nurse Ibrahim welcomed me, helped with registration, and calmly explained each step before I went in. I’m very thankful for his support.
I’d like to give my deepest thanks to Dr. Irfan Malik, the anesthetic doctor, and all the doctors and medical staff who were part of my surgery. They are truly remarkable. I had been suffering with constant aches and pain for a long time, and thanks to their expert care, I finally feel at ease.
During recovery, Nurse Joseph took care of me at night. He was very gentle, patient, and supportive, helping me move and making sure I felt safe.

Nurse Pamela and another nurse, whose name I’m sorry I don’t know, were both helpful with medication and other medical needs.
Head Nurse Darvey, who gave clear advice before I was discharged.
Veronica, a kind and pleasant lady who brought me my meals with a smile.

As a patient you are put at ease very quickly here when you first attend. All the staff are happy and friendly which makes it easy to relax and forget any stress you arrived with. On regular attendance you become part of the 'family' so to speak .

I went to the clinic for a septoplasty and the care was exceptional. The reception team was welcoming.
We received a private room waiting for the nurses, anaesthetist and surgeon to come for providing information. I've been treated extremely well, so was my partner. The food is high standard for hospital.
The operation went well and I've been provided with the right drugs and recommendations for the best recovery.

The clinical staff are good, but the administrative staff are useless. The hospital owes me £3000 and despite being assured they would credit that amount back to me in two weeks, it has now been a month, and despite multiple phone calls to several people, nobody from the finance department has rung me back. Disgraceful.

Consultant care is fabulous - cannot be faulted - however... Overdue excess fee of £130.00 (hardly the King's Ransom!) letters were addressed to my son (needless to say - not the person who was paying the bill!) - so I wasn't getting the reminders... then Admin person has the audacity to phone me at work to chase the money!!! Disgusted with the customer service I have been shown this afternoon! Literally disgusted! Such a shame as Mr Woods was so fantastic, it is always an admin person with a superiority complex that spoils the ENTIRE customer experience. So cross. If you want me to may the bill, address the letters correctly and maybe be polite when you call!!
