I had my eye surgery here and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The staff were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive throughout the entire process. From the initial consultation to post-operative care, I felt safe and well informed.

Amazing service from start to finish. Very happy with my lenses replacement treatment and couldn’t recommend this service more than I am doing so.
Dr Guray Narbay was my surgeon and performed the procedure. He was so empathetic and guided me through the whole procedure every step of the way putting my mind at ease. He is one of the kindest Doctors I have ever come across and I have met a lot in my life. Himself and all his team are outstanding.
I was first informed at the pre-surgery appointment it would be more suitable for me to have this surgery with a local anaesthetic. I agreed I was told I would be seen by the anaesthetist. However, the following day when I came prepared for the surgery fasting all day I was informed the anaesthetist was not comfortable putting me to sleep because of the cocktail of drugs I was taking.
I was taking a large amount of controlled drugs. This got me quite nervous as Dr Narbay also told me they couldn’t give me a local anaesthetic either.
Meaning I would need to remain awake while this procedure took place. He said he would inject behind my eyeballs and this would paralyse them my partner is a nurse he allowed my partner to watch the procedure.i must say i was very impressed how little I felt these needles thank you Dr Guray Narbay
I was then took down to theatre where the doctor started his magical gift and the lovely Izem Pehlivanoglu asked me if I would like to hold her hand and squeeze it tightly. When I needed that comfort the dr was able to carry out what should have been 50min procedure in 25mins on each eye. He was very proud of me staying so focussed allowing the Dr to do so amazing transplant.
I was also impressed that the surgeon removed his first set of scrubs then scrubbed up again to start on the other eye. I asked him why have you just scrubbed up again and put new PPE on he said to prevent any chance of cross contamination.
If I was put asleep I would not have known this and now so glad I wasn’t to be able to experience the procedure.and to be honest it was not painful in any way slight discomfort but on a scale of 0-10. O being extremely painful 10 being extremely comfortable I would score 9.
I had my last check up today the 23rd July 4 days post the surgery and my eye sight is at 100% already for long site and short sight amazing it’s taken years of me.
Izem Pehlivanoglu was the young lady who looked after me throughout my journey,
helping translate and ensuring everything went smoothly. She is a credit to your team. We do hope that we will see her again

My Husband (Ferhat) recently underwent laser eye surgery with Dr. Gökçen Gökçe, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the initial consultation to the post-operative care, Dr. Gökçe and the entire team were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring.
The procedure was quick and painless, and Dr. Gökçe took the time to explain every step, ensuring We felt comfortable throughout. My husbands vision has improved beyond my expectations, and I am truly grateful for the expertise and care we received.
I think it can easily get missed out but Irem Dr's assistant has been sweetest and kind.

Biggest heartfelt Thank you to Dr. Gökcen Gökce. He was explaining every step of the Femto Lasik very carefully and was incredibly professional and empathetic. During the whole procedure the team and personal assistants made me feel welcome and comfortable. The results are great , i can now put my glasses aside for good, i can truly recommend everybody who is thinking of having the surgery to come to Dr. Gökcen Gökce and his team.

I had my laser eye surgery end of September 2024, I waited some time to write this review as the healing process took a little longer than expected for me and I only started seeing good last week, but it was worth the wait. Almost 2 months later I couldn’t be happier with the results now that my eyesight is finally 100% in both eyes! The clinic is exceptional, with a professional and friendly team. Dr. Arife Esra Kocakaya is knowledgeable and so nice, she made me feel completely at ease throughout the procedure. The nurses were attentive and caring, and Sinem translated everything and was so friendly, providing clear explanations and support every step of the way. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone considering eye surgery.
