From my very first visit, I was truly impressed by the clinic’s services, as well as the kindness of the staff and doctors. I don’t speak Czech, but that was never a problem — everyone made communication easy and stress-free. I’m especially grateful to Dr. Sofia Fichtl for her professionalism, attentive care, and clear explanations.

I was very disappointed with the way the clinic handles MRI results. When I asked for a CD with my results, I was initially told that this option wasn’t available. Only after I insisted they agree to provide it - for an additional 150 CZK, which I find quite unreasonable considering I had already paid for the MRI. What’s even more frustrating is that last year the CD was provided free of charge, so it’s unclear why this policy suddenly changed. How else am I supposed to access my results? It felt as if I paid just to lie there for 20 minutes, without any access to the outcome of the procedure. This approach is not patient-friendly and raises serious concerns about transparency, consistency, and overall service quality.

From my very first appointment, I felt that I was in the hands of professionals who not only care but genuinely want to help. Dr. Stefanis and Dr. Malešová are both exceptional. They take the time to listen, explain everything in detail, and approach treatment with a level of expertise and empathy that’s incredibly rare. What stood out to me the most is how invested they are in finding real, long-term solutions, not just quick fixes. The hospital itself is equipped with modern technologies that have made a noticeable difference in my skin health. I’m amazed by the progress I’ve seen since starting my treatment here. It’s such a relief to have finally found a place where I feel heard, supported, and truly helped. Highly recommend to anyone looking for dermatological care that actually works.

Visiting the clinic and Doctor Jitka Burlertova for my premature born baby in addition to a pediatrist. The nurse and the doctor are very kind and caring. They examine my baby thorougly each time and inform me properly about the development. Both speaks english. Allow me to ask as many question as possible and answer with proper advises. Also encourage me to call them whenever I feel need. I am very happy with the treatment I have for my baby.

Unfortunately, in recent weeks, it has become "normal" to wait 45 to 60 minutes to see a doctor, even if you have been given a specific appointment time (we booked several months in advance). I had a bad experience visiting an immunologist and an orthopedist. My child cannot stand such a long wait, and then, it's impossible to talk to the doctor normally because the child starts acting up after such a long wait, and besides, my own mood is already ruined by such an attitude towards customers. I don't know why the clinic allows such overbooking, but even in this case, people with an exact appointment time should have priority.
