I recently visited Dr. Castaneda and Cosmed Clinic in Tijuana, Mexico for gynecomastia surgery and lid surgery. This doctor and clinic are top of the line. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the clinic clean and modern and the doctor top notch. The work performed beats all expectations that I had and the scarring is near invisible only 5 weeks out. Don't be afraid to go here down in Mexico; I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had a procedure done in July 2019 and I am so happy with the results. Dr. Castaneda is amazing. He is so professional. My recovery was quick. Adriana and Denise were so helpful from day one. Adriana his assistant was so professional and walked me through the whole procedure and everything that was said was exactly how it went. I am so happy I did my research and found an amazing Plastic Surgeon. Sometimes going to Mexico may seem sketchy but I can assure you these Doctors know what they are doing. There office is so nice. The operating room was also very nice. Thank you Dr. Castaneda love my new body!!!

I had a wonderful experience in May 2019 at Cosmed in Tijuana. The doctors, nurses and facilities are wonderful, comparable to any in the U.S. - and I could not have received better care anywhere! The work that they did was magnificent (surgeon that I followed up with at Kaiser Permanente agreed and said the work was excellent). I felt very safe and very well taken care of during the entire process in Tijuana.

A lot of my friends have been to Cosmed, and i couldn't believe the good results, so I went for my first visit and i was amazed of Dr Quiroz knowledge , i did my BBL there and I am very happy with the results. I definitely recommend this place.

Dr. Quiroz is the Best! Over the course of 30 years, he has been my surgeon for multiple procedures. I had great results every time.I "trust" my life in his hands. He is honest, frank, and will tell you the way it is.All the staff, from the reception, nurses, and surgery staff are very friendly and the facilities are immaculate .I travel from Canada to Tijuana, Mexico and it is so easy and hassle free. CosMed/Vida arranges for your pick-up at the San Diego Airport and transports you right to the facility. After surgery you stay on-site at the Recovery Boutique and when you are ready to go home they transport you back to the airport. Very simple. It's actually easier than dealing with the medical system in Canada.I have seen CosMed grow from inception and it is definitely a top notch facility. I would never even consider going anywhere else.Deanne

I visited numerous Drs in Tijuana and the states, i made my research and I got to Cosmed Clinic and asked for Dr Quiroz we started with simple procedures like botox and fillers and the years went by and I decided to give it a chance for surgery, the results are beyond my expectations. Great Doctor and great staff.
