Die Notaufnahme sowie der ärztliche Bereitschaftsdienst sind eine menschenunwürdige Katastrophe. Dreckige Toiletten, überfüllte Mülleimer, null Hygiene, keine Becher bei dem Wasserspendern, kein ansprechbares Personal. Wartezeiten von 4 Stunden. Die Rezeption ist ab dem späten Abend nicht mehr besetzt, klingelt man, wartet man gerne mal 20-30 Minuten, dass jemand kommt. Warum nimmt ein Assistenzarzt Patienten an der Rezeption auf - ist das sein Job, für den er studiert hat? D…ie Krönung war ein Rettungssanitäter, der informierte, dass in Raum 5 eine Dame aus dem Bett gefallen sei und er kein Personal fände, um sie aufzuheben. IST das Deutschland? Ist das der Status, mit dem sich Bad Homburg schmücken möchte? Dass die Klinikchefin inkompentent ist, das war bereits in der FAZ ein großes Thema - bleibt aber die Frage, warum ÄNDERT sich hier nichts?

Ich bin froh, ja dankbar das meine Op am 14.2. gut verlaufen ist. Ich wurde sehr fürsorlich und freundlich versorgt und beträut. Danke an euch das es mir heute wieder gut geht.

Sehr gute Erfahrung gemacht. Personal super nett und hilfreich. Ärzte menschlich und nahmen sich die Zeit alles zu erklären. Ich kann negative Kommentare von anderen gar nicht nachvollziehen.

We came here from Hausarzt recommendation about big pain, we waited 5h in waiting room for them to take us and tell that there is no emergency and that we have to go away. They can't do anything. This is so frustrating

Der Ruf der Hochtaunusklinik ist nicht besonders gut. Nun nach 14 Tagen hier kann ich es nur bestätigen. In der gesamten Zeit wurde das Bett nicht frisch bezogen, habe ich dann selbst gemacht. Die Ärzte haben keine elektronischen Akten, stehen immer vor einem ohne was sagen zu können. Untersuchungen wurden einem 10 min vor Durchführung mitgeteilt.... Also für absolute Notfälle geeignet. Wenn man sich die Klinik aussuchen kann, sollte man was anderes suchen

Die Mädels in der Notaufnahme sind respektlos, unverschämt und die Behandlung war eine reine Katastrophe. Ich habe noch nie so eine Inkompetenz und einen so frechen Umgang in einem Krankenhaus erlebt. In Zukunft nehmen wir den längeren Weg nach Frankfurt in Kauf und meiden diese Klinik auf Lebzeiten.

Die Hochtaunusklinik in Bad homburg im Taunus ist das Schlächtest Krankenhaus im Taunus das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich und beleidigen das ist für das Krankenhaus sehr Schlecht ich werde da nicht mehr hin gehen wenn ich nicht muss . Ich würde es nimant enfehle ich selbst gehe lieber nach Frankfurt am Main

birth of our first child. we had a family room. Staff, doctors amazing. we had other hospitals closer (bürger, uni Frankfurt and offenbach) however decided for bad homburg, because of the quality of the people. value is placed on mothers/families, not on making as many births as possible. Thank you, danke
