Oh my God, how can a hospital have such terrible staff? Yesterday I wasn’t feeling well — I’m in my seventh month of pregnancy and went to the emergency room because of severe stomach pain and nausea. I had already vomited five times since morning. They told me I had to wait an hour, even though I was clearly in a bad condition. I felt so terrible that other patients were willing to give up their spots for me.
Eventually, after making a fuss, they took me into a room and just said everything looks fine, and that I should go to the maternity ward. When I got there, I encountered the most horrible staff imaginable. One woman in particular treated me very badly.
I was moaning from the pain, and she told me to stop making noise — saying others are in worse pain than me. It felt extremely misogynistic. They acted like pain doesn’t matter, like you’re not allowed to express it. They just wanted me to shut up. They even told my husband, “Your wife is making too much noise.” But it wasn’t under my control.
Another issue was that this woman kept rolling her eyes at me. I asked if my husband could be with me and she said no, claiming I had a virus. But when I asked the doctor whether I had a virus or if my symptoms were just due to pregnancy, the doctor said clearly: there is no sign of infection in my test results, just nausea from pregnancy.
Even with that confirmation, the nurses wouldn’t allow my husband in, and forced me to wear a mask constantly, even when I was alone in the room or using the toilet. The room was private — no one else was there. Still, every time they entered, they quietly opened the door and asked if I had my mask on. Even while sleeping, they forced me to wear a mask, despite no infection being detected in my tests.
One nurse even told me that if I took off the mask while sleeping or in the toilet, they would discharge me and send me home. I told them to remove my IV and I’d go, but they refused and insisted I wear the mask. This was the most terrifying hospital experience I’ve ever had. I would recommend that no one ever goes there — not even if they’re dying.
In the end, I told the nurse I couldn’t wear the mask while in pain and trying to sleep, because it made breathing difficult for me and my baby. And she replied, “Corona didn’t kill you, don’t worry — this mask won’t kill you either.” It was incredibly heartless. I was planning to give birth in this hospital, but now I’d rather give birth at home than ever experience something like that again — for the sake of myself and my baby. If it's really important to you to have a good place to give birth, don't go to this hospital at all.

My personal experience at the hospital has mixed feelings as I did not feel that it was a respected birth. My only fear was the issue of pain and my only request was to be able to have epidural anesthesia at the time of my delivery: no matter how much I asked for it at the Anmeldung, upon arrival at the hospital and during labor on numerous occasions, the hospital He didn't grant it to me. They told me I had to wait and that the room was busy. That moment never came for me and I suffered what I feared so much. Since my daughter was born, I was waiting two hours covered with a towel until a doctor came to suture the tear that the birth caused.
Then my baby was born and the pain goes away but it doesn't justify the hospital's actions. Why did they tell me at all times that it was possible?
Otherwise, the staff is generally friendly and everything works as planned.
Another issue was that on Sunday afternoon the kitchen was completely out of service and I couldn't even make tea, they take away everything and you have to bother the nurse. Finally, the baby registration office at the hospital has no predisposition nor does it know how to inform parents about the issue. They practically kicked us out and told us to go to the town hall to register. I wouldn't choose them again

Dieses Krankenhaus ist das mit Abstand schlechteste Krankenhaus, das ich jemals besucht habe. Die Räumlichkeiten sind miserabel ausgestattet, das Krankenhaus besitzt keine Parkplätze, sondern ist de facto nur mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Darüber hinaus ist insbesondere das Personal (eine ältere Dame) in der Unfallchirurgie für Kinder unverschämt und unfreundlich. Dieses Krankenhaus werden wir nie wieder in Anspruch nehmen. Bei einer Rückmeldung von dem Bürgerhospital-Team bin ich bereit, meine Ausführungen nochmals zu konkretisieren. Ich habe auch ausreichend Zeugen, die insbesondere das unverschämte sowie unfreundliche Verhalten der hier in Rede stehenden Dame bezeugen können.

Erstklassige Klinik für Diabetes. Die Betreuung ist sehr gut, das Personal nimmt sich Zeit und ist stets freundlich. Alle Fragen werden gerne beantwortet und man fühlt sich den Umständen entsprechend wohl. Ich kann die Klinik im Bereich Diabetes nur ausnahmslos empfehlen für Ersteinstellung sowie Folgeerkrankungen.

Bin heute nach Schilddrüsenentfernung entlassen worden. Von den Vorbereitungsuntersuchungen, zur Aufnahme, OP, Visite bis zur Entlassung alles wunderbar. So viele liebe Ärztinnen und Ärzte, Pfleger und Schwestern. Ich hab mich rundum wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Und auf Ängste, sei es noch so lächerlich (bei mir die Angst vorm Ziehen der Drainage nach beängstigendem Erlebnis vor ein paar Jahren in einer anderen Klinik), wird total gut und einfühlsam eingegangen. Am Montag bekomme ich die Fäden gezogen und ich bin sicher, da wird auch alles super laufen. Ich bedanke mich ganz herzlich!

Meine Frau wurde hier an der Schilddrüse operiert. Das Personal war sehr kompetent und sehr freundlich. Die OP lief hervorragend und auch die Behandlung danach im Zimmer durch die Pfleger war sehr gut. Hervorheben möchte ich, dass unaufgefordert eine Dame vorbei kam, um Patienten zu besuchen, die keinen Besuch erhalten. Eine kleine Geste mit einer riesen Wirkung. Kann die Chirurgie und die Schilddrüsenabteilung nur empfehlen!!!Für alle Patienten und Besucher ist auch ein Besuch auf der Dachterrasse Pflicht (sofern dies machbar ist) die Aussicht auf die Skyline ist super.

Mit gebrochener Hand in die Notfallaufnahme, wurde abgewiesen, weil der Hausarzt schon eine Erstversorgung (Schiene) angelegt hatte. „Holen Sie sich Morgen einen Termin“ war das einzige, was gesagt wurde.

Ich hatte bei Ihnen eine geplante Operation. Anschließend war ich auf der Station O5. Dr.Baase und sein Team an Schwestern, OP-Personal, so wie die Vorbereitung durch die hauseigene Praxis war reibungslos und ohne Komplikationen. Alle waren sehr herzlich und professionell. Die Zimmer sind neu. Ich hatte einen eigenen Fernseher mit Kopfhörer, es gab sogar einen Föhn im Badezimmer. Essen für ein Krankenhaus war auch ok. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es für die katastrophale Parkplatzsituation, die Organisation der Nachsorge über die Feiertage und ein paar Schwestern, die nicht ganz so freundlich waren. Alles in allem würde ich jederzeit wieder in ihr Krankenhaus kommen.

Trotz voller Auslastung der Geburtsstation und sehr eingespanntem Personal hatte ich eine wunderbare Hebamme und eine - letztendlich - super tolle Geburt.Herzlichen Dank an die lieben Hebammen, die Ärzte und das gesamte Pflegepersonal.Wartezeiten sind lang aber das ist in Ordnung, die Nachfrage ist eben sehr groß. Man muss Zeit mitbringen! Ganz einfach.Das Krankenhaus ist sauber und hygienisch.Hier kann man absolut nichts kritisieren.Das Essen ist zwar ziemlich miserabel aber in welcher Klinik schmeckt einem das schon?
