Pediatric Doctors are very good and good team work Specially Dr. Gladys and team. We had good experiences with her , taking decisions on the spot and contacting other department doctors and doing things very fast. My Nephew is having Septic Arthritis we discussed through phone and she given suggestions and same day did 3 procedures. She is very approachable and explain the details in an understanding manner. We noticed that she is contacting other senior consultants and discussing the possibility of diagnosis. My nephew still in Aster. Thank you so much Dr. Gladys for your hard work.

Calm and peaceful place.Ample parking.Parking is quiet far.Friendly staff.Well maintained.There is Paragon restaurant inside the hospital.Little pricey place.

I was taken into this hospital for emergency abdominal surgery while visiting India. The operation and after care we all extremely good and I was comfortable throughout the stay. Healing well now. Also some amazing views outside!

I am utterly disappointed with their service. I came here at 1.15 to see a dermatologist and had been waiting for 2 hours but couldn't see the doctor. I am not blaming the doctor as she is the only available dermatologist and there were too many patients waiting to see her. But had the booking agent/receptionist told me about the long wait, I could have made an alternative booking for another day. Please give due respect to everybody who come to your hospital as we also have other stuff to do.. Please give instructions to your staff about how busy the doctor is before taking any new bookings so that patients like me can make informed decisions. And a smile or a courtious behaviour is highly appreciated.

While the presentation and service can be considered superb, there are some areas which are lacking perfection. VISITORS AREA OUTSIDE LABOUR ROOM* Either number visitors should be restricted in this waiting area, or seating capacity should be increased. There were 16 persons as visitors for one patient occupying all seats there. Literally I had to stand for 3.5 hours here having no vacant seat as I was the only bystander for my patient.

A good hospital with excellent Doctors & Nursing staff, administration is so friendly that patient feels very confident of recovery. I have no qualms stating that this is the best hospital I ever visited.
