Right from the off, Yasam was extremely helpful and attentive, and was on hand to answer any questions I had. My flight was late arriving in Istanbul, but the driver, Ismail, was waiting there for me to take me to the hotel. The hotel staff were also very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of delicious options, then Ismail arrived at the hotel with Yasam to take me to the clinic for my procedure. The surgeons and photographer (I didn't get their names) were all very helpful and professional, and they made the entire procedure of 4000 grafts (photos, head shaving, line drawing, anaestheic, surgery, dressing change, medication) comfortable and pleasant. I was also interested in future dental treatment, for which Yasam and Ismail took me to a nearby dental clinic for a free-of-charge jaw x-ray and treatment advice from the expert (this would cost a lot of money in the UK!). Ismail took me back to the airport on the third day for my flight home, and Yasam was still on hand to ask me how I was feeling. To summarise, the whole team, and especially Yasam, were incredibly warm, attentive, helpful and patient, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering having surgery.

I definitely had a wonderful experience with Academic Esthetic. They are so kind and professional. I would like to thank Yaşam in particular. He is very kind and professional, he helped me in almost every thing to get the best service that I wished for. He arranged everything perfectly and on exact time and he responded very quickly to any questions I had. I am very very very satisfied with the service that Academic Esthetic was provided to me. Hello. The operation was in 2022. Transplantation to the front of the head, 3000 grafts. The parietal zone was not transplanted, as they said that everything was fine there. A few months later, inflammation began to appear, for which I was recommended to use Fucidin cream. Did not help. Six months later, the result was unsatisfactory, to which the answer was received that it was necessary to wait. They said about the parietal zone that the prolapse continues there, although before the operation they said that everything was fine. A year later, the result remained unsatisfactory, the inflammation persisted, it was recommended to use vitamins and antibacterial soap. The result was unsatisfactory, although the clinic considers the result to be good. After disputes, they said that a second transplant could be done, but they denied the mistake. They also said inflammation is normal. Although before the operation they did not tell me anything about inflammation. As a result, I can’t grow my hair back, and my friends note uneven hair growth. The company representative ignores. I do not recommend and give a minimum rating. UPD. After two years of arguing with the clinic, I decided to wear my hair short. Thank you for allowing me to accept my baldness. The next step is to shave your head. Not the result I expected from the transplant. Good advertising for your clinic, I’ll keep you posted

My experience at Academic Esthetic was truly professional and felt safe and taken care of. The clinic was extremely clean and equipped to high standards. Mr. Yavuz Ozek was my consultant through the whole process of my hair Transplant. He was very polite and very helpful in answering all my queries and making me feel like part of their family and not just a patient doing a procedure. The after care and follow up was also very professional. All the staff are warm and welcoming and my Dr.was also professional and made me feel at ease. I would recommend Academic Esthetic to anyone and everyone that has a wish to improve their appearance. Truly a great experience!!!!!! A huge thank you to everyone. Regards Keith and Cat. 🤗

Very professional clean tidy and organised. Picked my up from airport to hotel next day operation very smooth and all-time perfectly. No pain or discomfort at all during and after and also great price. Gave me a natural hair line and crown better than I wished for. Definitely gey your hair done here.
