Jest specjalistą chirurgii uszu, nosa, gardła i głowy i szyi. W 1974 r. ukończył Ankara Ataturk High School. Po ukończeniu rocznej klasy przygotowawczej z języka angielskiego w ODTU, uzyskał tytuł doktora medycyny na Uniwersytecie Hacettepe w Eskisehir.

W 1980 roku ukończył Hacettepe University Eskisehir Medial Faculty. W 1984 roku zdobył wykształcenie zawodowe w oddziale laryngologii w Hacettepe University Medical Center. Odbył służbę wojskową w Ankarze Mevki Hastanesi jako specjalista laryngolog, w 1986 roku rozpoczął pobór do państwowego szpitala Ordu Government Hospital.

Pracował w Szpitalu Edukacyjno-Badawczym im. Atatürka w Izmirze jako starszy stażysta w 1989 r., jako asystent szefa kuchni w 1991 r., jako instruktor w 1994 r. i pracował tam do czerwca 2008 r. W czerwcu 2008 r. został zatrudniony na Wydziale Medycznym Uniwersytetu Namika Kemala jako kierownik katedry laryngologii, kierownik katedry chirurgii medycznej i członek Wydziału Medycznego w Senacie Uniwersytetu. Zrezygnował w sierpniu 2010 r.

Prof. Dr. Adil Baykan is a leading general and oncological surgeon in Turkey. He has over 28 years of clinical experience. He specializes in colorectal, endoscopic, and laparoscopic surgeries. He also treats thyroid and breast diseases.

Dr. Baykan has published several articles on colon cancer in national and international journals. He completed advanced training at St. Mark’s Hospital in London, the University of Minnesota, and the Mayo Clinic in the USA. He holds important academic and surgical roles at top hospitals in Turkey.

Dr. Tolga Akman is a urologist with expertise in advanced surgical procedures. He performs penis prosthesis, bladder, prostate, and kidney cancer surgeries. He is skilled in laparoscopic urology and kidney stone treatments. Dr. Akman also treats female urinary incontinence, pediatric vesicoureteral reflux, and performs microsurgical varicocele procedures. Dr. Itir Sirinoglu Temiz is a Professor of Hematology. She specializes in lymphoma, acute and chronic leukemias, multiple myeloma, thrombocytopenias, thrombosis, anemia, and bone marrow failure. She graduated with honors from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine. She completed her hematology training at Dr. Abdurrahman Yurtarslan Oncology Education and Research Hospital.

Dr. Sirinoglu Temiz has held key academic and administrative positions. She served as Head of Internal Medicine at IAU Faculty of Medicine. She was also Education and Administrative Manager at SBÜ Bakırköy Dr. Sadi Konuk EAH Hematology Clinic. She has broad experience in adult hematology, stem cell transplantation, and therapeutic apheresis. She currently practices at Liv Hospital.

Dr. Erkancakir is a specialist in pediatric chest diseases. He has experience with acute and chronic respiratory problems, respiratory tract infections, and bronchoscopic procedures. His areas of focus include asthma, sleep-related breathing disorders, cystic fibrosis, and tuberculosis.
