Assoc. Prof. Atakan Topçu, M.D., is a medical oncologist at Medipol University and Medipol Acıbadem Regional Hospital. He treats solid tumors, including lung, breast, colorectal, gastric, and neuroendocrine cancers. His work also covers targeted therapies, immunotherapy, geriatric oncology, and cancer-related malnutrition, cachexia, and sarcopenia.

He has authored more than 50 peer-reviewed papers. Recent work includes a 2024 Frontiers in Medicine study on geriatric syndromes and a 2023 Future Oncology paper on sarcopenia and anxiety in lung cancer. He has also published on the CONUT score in breast cancer and on malnutrition in HER2-negative metastatic gastric cancer.

Professor Shixin Liu, MD, PhD, is the Discipline Leader of the Oncology Center. He is the former President of Jilin Provincial Cancer Hospital and former Director of the Cancer Prevention and Treatment Research Institute. He is a second-level professor and doctoral supervisor. He has received the State Council Special Government Allowance, the 4th National Famous Doctor (Outstanding Contribution) award, and the Model of Medical Ethics honor.

He specializes in the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors. His focus is precision radiotherapy for thoracic and abdominal cancers. He is skilled in IMRT, VMAT, and SBRT for lung, esophageal, breast, and rectal cancers.

His leadership roles include Vice Chair of CMA Radiation Oncology, CACA Radiotherapy, and CACA Particle Therapy. He serves on the CSCO Standing Committee and as Vice Chair of the CSCO Radiation Oncology Expert Committee. He is Vice Chair of CPAM Radiation Oncology and a Standing Committee member of CSMEA. Dr. Shady Mohammed El‑sebai is an interventional radiologist and diagnostic imaging consultant. He has been a Lecturer in interventional radiology at the National Cancer Institute since 2018. Earlier posts include assistant lecturer and specialist, radiology resident, specialist at Khartoum Breast Care Centre, and specialist and consultant at Techno Scan.

Expertise includes CT‑ and US‑guided true‑cut biopsies and FNAC; transarterial chemoembolization for HCC and for liver, renal, and soft‑tissue tumors; percutaneous nephrostomy and ureteric stents; pigtail drainage; and RF or microwave ablation of hepatic, bone, lung, and thyroid lesions. He also performs PTD and biliary stents; uterine artery embolization; coiling for pelvic varicosities and varicocele; varicose vein ablation and sclerotherapy; and breast procedures (biopsy, markers, wire localization, Mammotome). Dr. Mustafa Dogdus is a cardiologist who graduated from Ege University Faculty of Medicine. He has broad experience in treating complex heart conditions. His expertise includes arrhythmias, atrial septal defect (ASD), atrial fibrillation, AVRT, AVNRT, bradycardia, heart failure, coronary artery disease, and structural heart diseases.
