Prof. dr Ayla Güven ukończyła Wydział Lekarski Uniwersytetu Gazi w 1986 r. i odbyła obowiązkową służbę w Ege University Chest Diseases Bornova Tuberculosis Dispensary. Następnie rozpoczęła szkolenie specjalizacyjne w Departamencie Zdrowia i Chorób Dzieci na Wydziale Lekarskim Uniwersytetu Hacettepe i została specjalistką w 1993 r. Po pracy jako lekarz specjalista rozpoczęła szkolenie podspecjalistyczne w zakresie endokrynologii dziecięcej na Wydziale Lekarskim Uniwersytetu Gazi we wrześniu 2000 r. i została specjalistką endokrynologii dziecięcej w grudniu 2002 r. W kwietniu 2003 r. rozpoczęła pracę jako adiunkt na Wydziale Lekarskim Uniwersytetu Ondokuz Mayıs i pracowała w Oddziale Endokrynologii Pediatrycznej i Diabetologii w Szpitalu Dziecięcym w Pittsburghu, USA, od maja do listopada 2003 r. Po powrocie do Turcji kontynuowała pracę na Wydziale Lekarskim Uniwersytetu Ondokuz Mayıs. Ta klinika była pierwszą w kraju, która oferowała szkolenie w zakresie podspecjalizacji endokrynologii dziecięcej. Podczas jej pobytu tam, jedna osoba została specjalistą endokrynologii dziecięcej. 13 marca 2006 r. pomyślnie zdała egzamin i otrzymała tytuł profesora nadzwyczajnego. Od grudnia 2006 r. pracuje w szpitalu szkoleniowo-badawczym Göztepe. W tym szpitalu została mianowana kierownikiem kliniki endokrynologii dziecięcej w listopadzie 2008 r. i rozpoczęła prowadzenie szkolenia w zakresie podspecjalizacji endokrynologii dziecięcej po raz pierwszy w szpitalu w marcu 2009 r. W latach 2009–2017 przeszkoliła pięciu specjalistów endokrynologii dziecięcej. Większość lekarzy, którym obecnie zapewnia szkolenie w zakresie podspecjalizacji, uzyskała tytuły naukowe profesorów i profesorów nadzwyczajnych. Po pracy jako instruktor szkoleniowy w Szpitalu dla Dzieci i Kobiet Zeynep Kamil na Uniwersytecie Nauk o Zdrowiu w latach 2017–2021, na własną prośbę przeszła na emeryturę ze służby publicznej. W latach 2021–2024 pracowała jako specjalistka endokrynologii dziecięcej na Wydziale Lekarskim Uniwersytetu Başkent, w Katedrze Zdrowia i Chorób Dzieci w Szpitalu w Stambule.

Dr. Omer Burcak Binicier is a gastroenterology specialist with strong medical training. He earned his medical degree at Ege University. He completed his internal medicine and gastroenterology specialization at Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Binicier has over ten years of clinical experience. He has held key positions at SBÜ Tepecik Training and Research Hospital and İzmir Bayraklı City Hospital. He also gained international experience at Korea University.

Dr. Alexander M. Rokitansky is a pediatric and adolescent surgeon and a pioneer of minimally invasive correction of pectus excavatum. He oversaw the creation of the pediatric surgery department at University Hospital Vienna from 1992 to 1994. He then led Pediatric and Adolescent Surgery at Klinik Donaustadt for 27 years, from 1994 to 2021. He chaired the Society for Pediatric Surgery and Intensive Care. He also led the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Pediatric Surgery and served as President of the Austrian Pediatric Surgery Society.
