Urodzony i wychowany w Turcji, dr Pera uczęszczał do cieszącego się dużym uznaniem Wydziału Stomatologii Uniwersytetu Hacettepe w latach 2008–2013, gdzie rozpoczął swoją podróż, aby zostać dentystą. Jego pasja do tej dziedziny doprowadziła go do dalszej specjalizacji w chirurgii szczękowo-twarzowej, dziedzinie, w której szkolił się obszernie na Wydziale Stomatologii Uniwersytetu Ankara w latach 2016–2021.

Aby zapewnić holistyczne podejście do opieki nad pacjentem, dr Pera odbył kilka rotacji w latach 2016–2019.
