Op. Dr. Sinan Göçer is a highly experienced cardiovascular surgeon with a specialization in heart and vascular surgery. He completed his medical education at Çukurova University, graduating from the Faculty of Medicine in 2001. He then pursued advanced training in cardiovascular surgery at Kartal Koşuyolu High Specialization Training and Research Hospital, finishing in 2012.

Dr. Göçer began his career at Batman Regional State Hospital, where he worked from 2012 to 2016 in the Department of Cardiovascular Surgery. He later joined Özel EMSEY Hospital in 2016, continuing his practice in cardiovascular surgery until 2017. From 2017 to 2022, he served in the same specialty at Özel Medicalpark Göztepe Hospital. In 2022, he moved to Özel Batman Dünya Hospital, where he worked until 2023. Currently, he is practicing at Lokman Hekim Istanbul Hospital, where he continues to provide specialized care in heart and vascular surgery.

In recognition of his outstanding contributions to healthcare, Dr. Göçer was honored with the "Doctor of the Year" award by the Turkish Ministry of Health in 2015. Prof. Dr. Engin Tutar was born in Istanbul in 1964. He completed his primary and secondary education at Istanbul Erkek Lisesi between 1975 and 1982, and graduated from Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 1988. In December of the same year, he started his specialization in the Department of Pediatrics at Dr. Lütfi Kırdar Kartal Training and Research Hospital, becoming a specialist in Pediatrics in February 1993. He completed his subspecialty training in Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine, becoming a subspecialist in 2006. He served as the Assistant Chief Physician and Acting Chief Physician at the 2nd Pediatric Clinic of Dr. Lütfi Kırdar Kartal Training and Research Hospital between 2010 and 2012. In May 2012, he transferred to Marmara University Faculty of Medicine, where he became an Associate Professor in Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition in 2014, and a Professor in 2020. Alongside his international and national article authorships, he has given over 50 presentations at congresses/courses/association meetings.
