Urodzony i wychowany w Turcji, dr Pera uczęszczał do cieszącego się dużym uznaniem Wydziału Stomatologii Uniwersytetu Hacettepe w latach 2008–2013, gdzie rozpoczął swoją podróż, aby zostać dentystą.
