Dr. Mehmet Altug Tuncer is a Cardiovascular Surgery Specialist at Memorial Göztepe Hospital (2025–present). He has been Head of Cardiovascular Surgery at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine since 2018. He has served as an Instructor at Kartal Koşuyolu since 2013.
