Urodzony i wychowany w Turcji, dr Pera uczęszczał do cieszącego się dużym uznaniem Wydziału Stomatologii Uniwersytetu Hacettepe w latach 2008–2013, gdzie rozpoczął swoją podróż, aby zostać dentystą. Dr. Ekin Dogan is a specialist dentist and periodontist. He holds a Master’s degree from the Ege University Faculty of Dentistry and completed specialization in Periodontology at Inonu University.
