Od 2017 roku pełni funkcję wykładowcy doktorskiego na Wydziale Lekarskim Uniwersytetu Naukowego Demiroğlu. Opublikował ponad 20 artykułów w czasopismach krajowych i międzynarodowych z zakresu chirurgii ogólnej i transplantacji nerek oraz ponad 30 prac konferencyjnych, które zostały przedstawione na kongresach krajowych i międzynarodowych.

Był również redaktorem książek i autorem rozdziałów na temat przeszczepu nerek, a także autorem rozdziałów w różnych książkach o chirurgii. Dr Soykan Barlas otrzymał tytuł „General Surgery Associate Professor” w roku 2020. Obecnie pracuje w organizacji Medical Park Group of Hospitals.

Dr. Mehmet Mehdi Deniz is an Associate Professor and general and bariatric surgeon at Vital Hospital. He has over 15 years of surgical experience, starting his career in 2008.
