Biografia zawodowa

Po ukończeniu stażu pracował jako lekarz w obozie dla uchodźców (Kampala, Uganda) pod auspicjami Globalnego Ruchu Młodzieży dla Afryki (2007). Powrócił do Hadassah, gdzie pracował w oddziale ortopedycznym podczas rezydentury.

Od 2013 do 2014 roku był lekarzem prowadzącym w zakresie chirurgii kręgosłupa w Szpitalu Bronx (Nowy Jork). Po powrocie do Izraela, obecnie pracuje jako chirurg kręgosłupa w oddziale ortopedycznym.

Dr. Nir Kleinmann, MD, directs the Endourology and Kidney Stones Unit at Sheba Medical Center. He is an expert in minimally invasive urology and urologic oncology. His focus is the kidney and upper urinary tract. He was named among Israel’s Best Doctors for 2025–2026 by Forbes and ResultMed.

He is a pioneer of kidney‑sparing laser surgery. He uses a dual‑laser system with neodymium and holmium for complex tumors. His expertise includes UTUC, kidney and prostate cancer, kidney stones, and BPH.

He is an expert in advanced radiation therapy and radiosurgery. He performs stereotactic radiosurgery for brain tumors. He leads Sheba’s GI Cancer Program in gastrointestinal oncology.
