He was born in 1978 in Prizren (Kosovo). After graduating from "Prizren Science High School" in 1996, he started his education at Pristina University Faculty of Medicine in 1996 and graduated from Kocaeli University Faculty of Medicine between 1999-2005. Between 2006-2011, he completed his specialty training in Neurology at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Neurology. After he became a neurologist, he did 3,5 years of obligatory service for the gouvernment, first 1,5 years in military (Iskenderun Navy Hospital) and two more years in Diyarbakır Social Security Hospital. He returned to Istanbul University in 1989. He worked in the Mayo Clinic Rochester Minnesota U.S.A. during 1990 - 1991 on Demantia and Behavioural neurology subjects.

He became an Associate Professor in 1994 and continued working in Istanbul University until 1999. Between 1999 - 2002, he worked at the Kadir Has University and also Florence Nightingale Hospital.

He served in the Faculty executive committee of Kadir Has University during 1999 - 2000 and became a professor in 2000. Following that, worked in the Kozyatağı Hospital between 2004 - 2013.

Dr. Fatma Gulhan Sahbaz is a neurologist. She graduated from Manisa Celal Bayar University Faculty of Medicine. She completed her neurology residency at SBÜ Istanbul Kartal Dr. Lütfi Kırdar Training and Research Hospital. Dr. Sahbaz has served as Clinic Chief at Afyonkarahisar State Hospital. She currently practices at İzmir Ekonomi University Medical Point Hospital.

She treats many neurological conditions, including Alzheimer’s disease, ALS, epilepsy, cerebrovascular diseases, brain tumors, movement disorders, and headaches. Dr. Sahbaz is experienced in advanced treatments such as acute stroke intervention, deep brain stimulation, IVIG therapy, and botulinum toxin injections.

She is a member of the Turkish Neurology Society, International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society, and European Academy of Neurology.

Dr. Ela Simay Zengin is a neurologist. She completed her medical training at Dokuz Eylül University, Başkent University, and Acıbadem University. She has worked at Bitlis Tatvan, Sirnak, and Cizre State Hospitals.

Dr. Zengin treats Alzheimer’s disease, epilepsy, migraines, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, and stroke. She uses advanced treatments, including apomorphine pump therapy, botulinum toxin injections, and migraine vaccines.

She is a member of the Turkish Neurology Association, American Academy of Neurology, European Academy of Neurology, and International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society.
