Urodzony i wychowany w Turcji, dr Pera uczęszczał do cieszącego się dużym uznaniem Wydziału Stomatologii Uniwersytetu Hacettepe w latach 2008–2013, gdzie rozpoczął swoją podróż, aby zostać dentystą. Jego pasja do tej dziedziny doprowadziła go do dalszej specjalizacji w chirurgii szczękowo-twarzowej, dziedzinie, w której szkolił się obszernie na Wydziale Stomatologii Uniwersytetu Ankara w latach 2016–2021.

Aby zapewnić holistyczne podejście do opieki nad pacjentem, dr Pera odbył kilka rotacji w latach 2016–2019. Obejmowały one takie obszary jak anestezjologia i reanimacja, medycyna ratunkowa, chirurgia plastyczna, rekonstrukcyjna i estetyczna oraz choroby uszu, nosa i gardła, wszystkie na Wydziale Lekarskim Uniwersytetu w Ankarze.

Przed założeniem Hospitaprime dr Pera od maja 2021 r. do lipca 2022 r. pełnił funkcję chirurga szczękowo-twarzowego w cenionym szpitalu Koru w Ankarze. Niedługo potem, we wrześniu 2022 r., dołączył do Memorial Hospital w Stambule, gdzie nadal prowadzi praktykę.

W marcu 2023 r. dr Pera wykonał znaczący krok w swojej karierze, zakładając Hospitaprime w Stambule, najnowocześniejszą klinikę stomatologiczną oferującą niezliczoną liczbę usług stomatologicznych. Dr. Çiğdem Karakuş is a dentist at Dent Glow Clinic in Izmir. She specializes in aesthetic dentistry, dental implants, and veneers.
