Dr Kırcelli ukończyła studia na Wydziale Stomatologii Uniwersytetu Hacettepe w 1997 r. Po ukończeniu studiów doktoranckich z ortodoncji na Uniwersytecie Çukurova w 2003 r. rozpoczęła praktykę w Centrum Medyczno-Badawczym Uniwersytetu Başkent w Adanie.
